Both my partner and I are crazy about cycling. It is our favourite form of recreation. Every time we have a free time, we grab our bikes and start a ride to a forest or close mountains. I have to to admit that it is rather a demanding sport, particularly if you do it in such demanding location as above mentioned forest and mountains. It takes a lot of sweat and tears but at the end, this gives a great satisfaction. This activity also triggers a big dose of endorphins. You can come home extremely exhausted, but at the same time – extremely happy. I think this is the reason why I have been loving that for almost 15 years already – cycling can give you real happiness. It also allows your body to stay healthy. As you can see – cycling has a lot of benefits.
